Summer Session is SOLD OUT! Sign up below to get on the waitlist and learn about the next event.
You guys, I can’t believe I’m doing this! After many years of talking about it, receiving encouragement and inquiries from those in my circle, and by growing my business revenue and personal brand reach, I’m launching Summer Session with The Kachet Life.
For years, people have been asking me how to build a strong personal brand, how I moved from blog to business, and how I’ve worked with brands like Macy’s, Alaska Airlines and Stitch Fix. Well, I’m going to tell you how I did it, how I’m doing it now and I’ll be by your side as you create your personal brand strategy. This is going to be an intimate day of learning, dreaming and getting you one step closer to achieving your goals.

We’ll be meeting at the Heart of Travel Airbnb and the address will be sent to you with your event details. Chelsea, the founder of Heart of Travel (a boutique travel agency providing experiences in Latin America), has been a friend and supporter of my baby, The Blog Bloc since we launched, and this space will allow everyone to feel comfortable and at home with the space to break away should you need a little private time during the work sessions. I promise it’s GOOD and you’ll want to put it on Instagram. Don’t believe me? See for yourself.
If you’re trying to level up, let me help you!
I’ve been at this thing for several years! I’ve seen the rise of Pinterest and Instagram, respectively at the beginning of my blogging career. With not even one year under my belt, and with less than 1,000 followers, I started working with brands.
Soon after, I became the spokesperson for a national retailer and have been a regular face on Sacramento area news stations. Last year alone, I grew by 20,000 followers, garnered over 30 brand partnerships, was featured as a Better Homes & Gardens Stylemaker and had the chance to speak at my favorite creative conference, Alt Summit.
I am also the founder of The Blog Bloc, an influencer organization in Sacramento that has hosted monthly educational and networking events for the past two years. In my marketing consultant life, I work with influencers on behalf of my clients, reviewing pitches and helping set budgets for campaigns.
I’d be honored to work with you to ensure you’re putting not only your best foot forward, but doing so on a level that others are missing.
- Your laptop and/or tablet
- Your phone
- Logins for your website and social media
- Your “homework,” which I will be sending out three weeks before the session so you have plenty of time
- Your questions! There are no stupid questions and this is the place to ask them ALL!
- An open and positive attitude. Growth can be scary, but we’re going to do it together
You’ll walk away with:
- A personalized checklist for your blog and brand
- A complete media kit
- Your personalized pitch letter template
- A new headshot
- The clarity to get “unstuck”
- The confidence to put yourself out there the way you’ve always wanted to
- A community to engage and collaborate with long after the class
- A goodie bag you’ll want to keep!
