This post was created in collaboration with Chase Freedom Unlimited. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Even after speaking my goal of living a healthier lifestyle into the universe and making strides, I have to remind myself not to forget my original promise and what I need to do to make it a reality. It’s important to stay on track!
Time is the never-ending challenge in managing a healthy lifestyle, but as I mentioned in my last post, whole-body wellness requires you to be present. If your mind isn’t in the right space to function in the day, then are you really even present? I discovered an app for meditation, relaxation, and sleep. It’s become one of my biggest healthy lifestyle secrets. With my Chase Freedom Unlimited cash back credit card, I was able to purchase a premium subscription, allowing me the option of ad-free meditation and soundscapes. They totally help me manage my stressful days and keep my mind relaxed.
Purchasing the app wasn’t a huge amount of money, but that’s the great thing about the Chase Freedom Unlimited card. I am always earning no matter how big or small the purchase is. Knowing that I’m earning 1.5% cash back on my purchases gives me comfort in knowing my financial wellness is supporting my mental wellness.
Is meditation part of your self-care routine? I’ve found that my head is clearer and my focus is more honed and I can’t complain about that! After discovering this meditation app and reaping the benefits of using it regularly, I knew it was time to do more for my physical wellness. After much research, I finally decided on a personal trainer!
After I had shared what I was looking for with a few people in my inner circle, I was able to find the trainer for me. Gym memberships can sometimes feel like an obligation, like the holiday party no one wants to go to (or is that just me?). The idea of a trainer seemed less intimidating and very personal. I’m excited to begin working with someone who will focus on my physical needs and help me reach my healthy lifestyle goals.
Securing a personal trainer while earning cash back on my Chase Freedom Unlimited card, now how adult is that?
I’ve mentioned before that I have an appetite for connection and that probably won’t ever change, but I’m really loving the focus on myself right now. It’s hard to do, but I’ve realized that it’s so worth it. I appreciate your support in this process and look forward to sharing more again soon!
