I saw an ad a few weeks ago featuring this ruffle dress from the Who What Wear collection and I knew that I had to have it! The problem was, it was sold out online, and I couldn’t find my size at any local stores. I guess there must have been a restock because my dreams came true!

I’m not going to lie. At first glance, I thought my dreams were killed. The ruffles looked a little too “Miss Muffet,” but I’m going to tell you something: you cannot judge a piece of clothing by its hanger! Sometimes you have to take the extra few minutes and try something on, so that’s what I did. At 10:30pm. You’re probably wondering why I was in Target at that time. Yeah. No clue over here, but I was not alone, and thankfully CJ was my advisory board when it came to the ruffle dress.

“Oh, that looks good!” sealed the deal and this baby came home to mama.

TLG TIP: I’ve definitely kept the dainty vibe of the ruffle dress going with the white heels, but honestly, you could easily change the tone of this dress with the right footwear and hairstyle. Try adding some flat black leather sandals, or a fun sneaker. Hairwise, try a sleek ponytail, braided crown or top knot! Can’t wait to see what you come up with.
