When I look back at this past year and think about all that I’ve accomplished, I feel confident about the direction I’m going in. But, around the time I set my intention for the new year and started examining areas of my life that needed improvement, I noticed living a healthier lifestyle always managed to get pushed to the bottom of my list of 2019 goals. Quite frankly, I’ve had enough of that and I am so excited to be teaming up with Chase Freedom Unlimited to share my Always Earning journey, and how small shifts in behavior are going to add up to big rewards for me.
Living a Healthier Lifestyle
My goal not only includes living a healthy lifestyle, it includes self-care too. I can’t forget that in the middle of the madness. It’s so easy to move at rapid speed and forget to do things that are good for you, like eating healthy or taking the time to be active, but it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Upping my self-care game when it comes to how I take care of my body from the inside out has been on my mind and the Chase Freedom Unlimited team sent me the best toolkit to give me a jumpstart.

I’m not going to act like I’m going to stop falling asleep on the couch, but, I will be more cognizant of the time I am falling asleep and what I need to do beforehand so I can create an accurate timeline for when I should start the process.
