It’s really fall, y’all. I don’t know what it is, but I can never get away from a wide pant in fall. From gauchos to culottes, they are a fav. I think it’s because I can feel comfortable without looking a hot mess. Feel me? I’ve shared my love for a wide leg in an older post, but they weren’t quite culottes like these.

ICYMI: There is a difference between a gaucho pant and a culotte. Culottes tend to be longer and mimic a skirt, even though they are pants. This time, I wanted to make the look a little more casual with a men’s sweater, especially since I’ve been wearing these Superga sneakers non-stop (don’t tell my Adidas). I’ve been obsessed with them ever since I went to their store in SoHo when I was in NYC for the Stylemaker event. My bestie wanted to get some shoes for an upcoming trip. I wasn’t supposed to buy anything. Really. But, they were on clearance… and super comfy, so you know, of COURSE, I needed some sneakers on my trip for all of that walking in New York… right? 🙂 If they’re good enough for Kate Middleton and Katie Shapiro, they’re good enough for me, and I’m so proud of myself for wearing them!

Pro TKL tip: If you are a tall gal like me, and want an oversized sweater, check out the men’s department! They fit better than the ones trying to be “boyfriend.” They are usually cheaper, too!
