The Who What Wear collection is in your local Target store, and so is this flirty shift dress! Started by Katherine Power and Hilary Kerr 10 years ago (time flies when you’re having fun), Who What Wear has evolved to be an online center for style, travel and celebrity news and it’s about time these trailblazers get their own clothing line!

The pieces in the collection are meant to be remixed for maximum wear, and moving forward, the Who What Wear collection will expand on a monthly basis. Why? Because demand and taste is important, consumer data will drive the future of the collection. Each piece is under $50 so you can bet that we’ll be stocking up on some staples, like this fluted shift dress!

Shift dresses are tricky because if you don’t have the right fit, they can make you look like you’re wearing a tent! The trick is to make sure that it fits you straight up and down, but fitted under the arm, and if it’s not, that is an easy fix with a tailor! A fun print adds enough to the dress if you don’t want to bulk up your look with accessories.

Want to take it up a notch? Give your shift dress a casual cool vibe by adding a denim jacket as an outer layer, and some sass with a fun shoe.
