Hey y’all!
Hope you’re enjoying your Tuesday. It’s still pretty warm here in Sacramento, and there’s nothing better than sitting on a patio, enjoying a cool beverage, doing a little work and people watching, too. This time, I chose the Chocolate Fish Coffee patio. The East Sac one is in my neighborhood and is a great place to read, gather and enjoy some killer coffee and teas. There are two locations and both have super friendly staff. This location was closing as Christie and I took pictures on the patio, but they didn’t rush us out, which was very nice.
Peridot (my birthstone) and CZ stud earrings from Anjolee. Anjolee is the only jewelry website that offers customers the ability to customize their jewelry designs by any metal type, carat size, diamond/gemstone and size to your exact specifications. Love it!

Necklace: H&M
Purse: Coach (vintage)
Do you like how I played up the orange and green with the geometric skirt? I love melon colors!
I planned to post this before the Altuzarra release at Target to show my love for Target designer collaborations, but plans change! 🙂 In any event, know that I love me some designer duds on the cheap, and love them even more when I catch them on the Target sale rack a few weeks later (and might I add, for more than 50% off). That’s what happened with two key pieces in this post: my Peter Pilotto skirt and Prabal Gurung strappy sandals. The shoes are way more versatile than the skirt, but the skirt is such a fun geometric pattern and can be worn in summer with a tank (like I’m wearing in this post), or with a turtleneck, tights and booties in fall and winter. I’ve worn these shoes with jeans, pants, skirts, dresses – everything – and the best part is, they are comfortable!
You’re probably wondering about the rest of my look. Well, despite not coming from Target, my shirt was a whopping $6 and my necklace was $3.50. BOOM! Talk about deals on deals on deals. 🙂
Have a great day!
xoxo,

Always loved that skirt, and it looks so perfect with the orange and yellow purse!

Aw, thanks Charnele! You know, you just may find it at your local Crossroads or other buy/sell/trade boutique. Even a thrift store. I know Antionette of DE Divah Deals has found past Target collab stuff there! 🙂
That skirt is to die for!! Beautiful ensemble 🙂
Many thanks, EttaVee! 🙂
I’m a huge fan of designer collabs! Great style on the low dime. Target and h&m have had some great ones and I can’t wait to go check out the latest at target. I love how you styled this skirt!! Pop of color is amazing!
Hey Zainab!! That doesn’t surprise me one bit! 🙂 Thanks for your kind words!
The photography is so bright and just gorgeous! I usually wait to check out Target’s designer collaboration items when they go on sale, too. With so many collabs, I think shoppers have grown weary of paying full price.
Totally feel you on the designer collections and sale. It’s true. The Altuzarra line is 50% off now… and that released a month ago? 🙂
