If you’ve been following me on Instagram, then you have probably noticed that I have been talking about Athleta a lot. Well, I was lucky to get familiar with the brand through the Nourish Whole Body in June and let’s just say, I’ve fallen hard. I love how they celebrate every woman, no matter their life stage. They recently signed on track star Allyson Felix who declined to renew her contract with Nike, and it makes sense. Athleta is a brand that embraces a woman’s power and glory and all that makes her unique. You shouldn’t have to compromise who you are or what you want in order to fit a mold. Forget the mold.
A couple of weeks ago I went to the Athleta in Roseville for a VIP brunch and shopping event in honor of the new Aura launch. Everything was catered by Land Ocean and it was SO good.
Everything that I tried on I saved as a highlight on my profile so you can go back for easy reference. Now, I wanted to share with you some pictures and a gallery to shop from! Finding the right athleisure can be a task but since I’ve been wearing Athleta, it’s been smooth sailing.
Athleta is a lot more than just athleisure. They are dedicated to the local communities that they serve and I’m so excited to be part of their Wellness Collective! The Sacramento kick-off will be held on Thursday, September 26 at The Prickly Pear and the focus of this event is MOMENTUM. I’ll be speaking alongside Michelle Sweezey of Raw Yoga Center, Katelyn O’Neill of Fitsom Studios and Rebecca Lujan of City Kitchen Sacramento! There are limited seats available (I’m not joking…if you don’t get one, I can’t sneak you in) and the nominal fee goes toward the Nursery with a Purpose program that Prickly Pear heads up. It’s going to be a great, female-powered event and Athleta is always generous with their goodies. You don’t want to miss it! REGISTER HERE.
If you’re local to Sacramento, I hope to see you at the event. If you’re not, check out what events Athleta is cookin up in your area. And as always, if you have a question, feel free to ask. Cheers!
