My #SocialDistancing Playlist

Social distancing is no joke, and we are taking it seriously around here. When we started practicing shelter in place (a week before Dallas made the declaration), I realized that while I was home working, cooking or doing anything really, I was doing it in absolute silence, which is unlike me. I’m someone that always has music playing. Always. I guess I was starting to feel + process the reality that was setting in when I wasn’t watching the news and learning more about the Coronavirus. But, I quickly changed my way of thinking and made this playlist because music has helped me, like many others, process some major life moments. This pandemic is no exception.

The songs on this playlist are part of my life soundtrack, some that I know every word to, and some that I just like the beat, but each takes me to a place of being in the moment. If you’re needing a little boost as you continue to carry out social distancing, this is just what you were looking for!
