Y’all, I’m pretty excited about this peplum blouse. I bought it during the Victoria Beckham launch at Target months ago, but it’s been sitting in my closet for a while. I missed the return window and wasn’t sure I could pull the look off without looking like little Miss Muffet!

Well, the joke is on me AGAIN! I LOVE IT! It adds a dainty look and dresses up a white jean very nicely! The structure of the top makes it office appropriate with some slacks and a jeweled statement necklace. But for a summery twist, white denim for the win!

Mules are M-U-S-T right now, as you heard me profess in this post, but here is why. They are a low fuss, comfy, on trend option and easy to just slip on as you leave the house. Let me tell you that since this shoot I have worn these while I’ve been on the go for meetings, and my feet haven’t hurt once. I always tend to gravitate toward a neutral color or black with a shoe like this, but I challenge you to get a colored mule. Bonus if they are suede or another fun material.
